Shontrel R. Morgan is the visionary Founder and Chief Executive Officer of One Love One Heart Non-Medical In-Home Care, LLC, a company she established in 2013 from a deep-rooted passion for healthcare, compassionate service, and helping families care for the people they love.

With more than 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Shontrel has built her career around serving others. Her extensive background includes hospice care, home health, patient support, staff development, care coordination, and advocacy. Her vision for One Love One Heart was born from firsthand experience. After years of caring for patients and witnessing the needs of families navigating healthcare and aging, Shontrel recognized the importance of providing dependable support beyond traditional medical care. She created One Love One Heart to give individuals the opportunity to receive compassionate assistance while remaining in the comfort and familiarity of home.

More than a decade later, that vision continues to guide the organization.

As CEO, Shontrel is committed to building a company where care is personal, families feel supported, and every client is treated with dignity and respect. She believes that quality home care is not simply about completing tasks. It is about building trust, preserving independence, providing comfort, and creating peace of mind for families.

Founded in 2013. Built on compassion. Driven by purpose. One Love. One Heart.
